The News: November 21, 2015, the traning camp“Performance growth pattern”of Longsun Group enters its second phase of the course - "measure system".
At the the class begins, Luo focused on the content of first class, trainees from different teams should grab points in this section. The classroom atmosphere was active instantly by trainees’ participation. Followed is the PK show of homework by different teams. The homework is completed by discussions between a team. Luo carried out a detailed analysis of each team and pointed out the problems and scored ,the scores are included in the total grade.
Then, assistant Ms Chen announced the scored and ranking of first class and held a flag presentation ceremony, the seventh team got champion, and got champion banner and garland. After flag ceremony ,the leader of seventh team Lingxuan Kong published a speech as the representative, he said: "It’s a honor to participate in the training camp of performance growth model, we learn a lot here, the result is effort of all our members. We will study performance growth pattern harder in the future. " In the applause of all participants ,the second course began.
In this lesson, Luo mainly talked about "measure system". First of all, he pointed out that the topic could start around "One thinking, three tools, one form ".After that, Luo gave a detailed analysis on the topic by providing some theoretical knowledge and practical case, the students deeperly aware and understand.
At the end of the class, Luo assigned homework to each team, to achieve " Consider the past, and you shall know the future. ". Class finished under slogans.
